Let the distance is d.

Draw perpendicular from the reflecting point to the line joining PQ.
So, time taken for coming directly, t= d/340
When coming after reflection, t= 2X \sqrt{D^{2} + (d/2)^{2})} /340 where, D = Perpendicular distance from line PQ to the wall = 100
Difference between the two = 0.2 S
Solve for d.
