we can consider the two bodies as two charge particles q1 and q2 of same magnitude but one is -ve and the other one is+vely charged.
 
                so, acc to coloumbs law F=Kq1q2/r^2
 
                          10=Kq1q2/r^2         >>>>(1)
                           F=Kq1q2/r^2/2       >>>>(2)
                           dividing 1 and 2 
                      f=40N
