Dear student.                                                           Max weight recorded- m(g+a) = 72kg. (1)
Min recorded wt.       – m(g-a) = 60 kg.   (2)                   Dividing 1 and 2.  We get: a= g/11
Put this in (1) or (2) and we get:  m= 6.6 kg
Therefore, true wt= mg =66 kg
