Energy = work
Work= force x distance
We already know the dimensional formula for force. So
Dimensional formula of force= m1l1t-2
Thus
Dimensional formula of work= (m1l1t-2) x l
Dimensional formula of work= m1l2t-2
Now  frequency
The frequency = number of vibrations/Sec
Dimensional formula of time = m0l0t1
Putting these values in above equation we get
Dimensional formula of frequency = 1/ m0l0t1 = m0l0t-1
Dimensional formula of frequency = m0l0t-1

Dear Student,
As Energy is defined as = mgh
As dimension formula for m is [M]
Dimension formula for g is [LT-2]
Dimension Formula for h is [L]
Now for energy =[ML2 T-2]
Frequency = 1/Time period
Dimension Formula for time period is [T]
Frequency =[T-1]
