As in any equation the dimension of each term would be same so the dimension of ax should also have the same dimension as that of pressure(i.e. M 1 L -1 T -2 ).. and as dimension of x would be L 1 so dimension of ‘a’ would be M 1 L -2 T -2 . similarly dimesion of b would be M 1 L -3 T -2 .. so the dimension of a/b =(M 1 L -2 T -2 / M 1 L -3 T -2 ) =[L 1 ].. hope you got it.. thanks..
