As in any equation the dimension of each term would be same so the dimension of ax should also have the same dimension as that of pressure(i.e. M1L-1T-2).. and as dimension of x would be L1 so dimension of ‘a’ would be M1L-2T-2.
similarly dimesion of b would be M1L-3T-2 .. so the dimension of a/b =(M1L-2T-2 / M1L-3T-2) =[L1]..
