See, since he’s unable to move the body means his force is equal to the static frictional force. (Remember this isn’t the maximum static frictional force which occurs only when the body is being overcome by external force and starts to move) This frictional force is less than the maximum static frictional force.
 
L:ook at the options. The force has to be less than the maximum force ( Mg sq root (1 + \mu2 ) but the force should also be greater than Mg since some coefficient of static force is still acting it’s just that its not maximum. So F should be more than Mg.
 
You don’t always have to get the exact answer. Sometimes a little approximation is necessary :)
