Resistance (R) = 2.5 \Omega
time (t) = 1 sec
using H = I2Rt
100 = I2 * 2.5 * 1
I2 = 40
I = \sqrt40 amp.
 
potential difference V = IR
V = \sqrt40 * 2.5
V = 5 \sqrt10 volt
