solve for x: log x+1 (x 2 + x - 6) 2 = 4 log 5 120 + (x - 3) – 2.log 5 (1 – 5 x-3 ) = -log 5 (0.2 – 5 x-4 )

solve for x:
  1. logx+1(x+ x - 6)= 4
  2. log5120 + (x - 3) – 2.log5(1 – 5x-3) = -log5(0.2 – 5x-4)

For the part 1)
try to write “4” as 4*logx+1(x+1) and equate it to the left hand side

Apply various definition of existence of equation You will get the answer....

For part 2)

try to combine all the log terms in one package and then compare it with the the right hand side . You will get an equation in “x ” which will be easy to solve

Thanks
