You should have to focus on both theory and solving questions, but give more priority on solving problems.

Theory is what in the end will save your day. Concepts need to be learned, step by step, that will set the base to your building. It will give you sixty percent of your workings. Problem solving practices adds to that sixty percent mtaking it higher but only problem solving may not be a good thing as it shows loopholes in your learning. Give theroy importance first then problem solving.

Both should be given importance but problems should be practised more and more for sake of variety and for speed
