You may get Mechanical but not sure about Electrical..

You can better check it at BITS, Pilani’s official website whether you may get either of your desired branch or not, else you may try seeking information regarding admission at the top rated private institutions where Getting an entry is considerd to be a mater of pride due to the Titaic image of the institution, these institutions are – Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi,......................Lovely Professional University, Phagwara,..................BHU, Varanasi,......................JJTU, Jhunjhunu,....................Anna University, Chennai

yes, u can in both electrical and mechanical , as your scores are pretty good, and this year the bitsat paper was tough , so, the cutoff will be low than the previous year . 
so, u may assure of mechanical and electrical . 
now go to the website and submit the board marks and percentage as they are required to submit , otherwise your application will be invalid .
