nopes. its not possible , u cannot change the branch once you entered in bits of any campous , the change of campous is possible at certain cases , but stream is not possible , so, if you are getting any lower branches , then give BITSAT next year and u can get CS , but once entered into bits pilani , u cannot elligible to change the branch . 
its mentioned in their brochure . 
BTW all the branches are good and excellent in pilani campous .
