Here the priority should be decided on both college and course. NSIT is good college but INSTRUMENTATION and CONTROL is not a top branch. On the other hand If you consider ECE is good course but PEC not as good as NSIT delhi.So it is better to choose ECE in PEC beacause it has more scope as compared to INSTRUMENTATION and CONTROL in terms of placements and oppurtunities.
