I have got a seat in NIT Surathkal EC and also BITS Goa, MSc Physics. Which one should I join?

Obviously NIT SURATHKAL IS THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU . 
see, nit surathkal is a reputed institutes and ec is a good branch their , even it have a big placement record in the previous year , 
and if it could be bits pilani , msc physics , then that can be a comparable thing , but if you are getting bits goa msc physics , then DONOT GO FOR THAT .. 
even if u have the application of physics in EC , so, intrest doesnot matter here . 
and bits goa is good for all round development , but their fee structure is quite high than nit , and also msc phy is not that much good branch . 
SO, BETTER GO WITH NIT SURATHKAL , 
u can try in some other institutions as well such as iiit allhabad , iiit kota , and see if u are getting comp sci their , 
HOPE IT CLEARS YOUR DOUBT
