I got ECE at DTU and CSE at NIT CALICUT (after JoSAA 5 th round counciling , remaining round 6 th ) and CSE at PEC engineeering college CHD. Which of the above is best to persue for coming four years ?

I got ECE at DTU and CSE at NIT CALICUT (after JoSAA 5th round counciling , remaining round 6th )
and CSE at PEC engineeering college CHD.

Thats depend upon choice , if u want money and nitian tagup then go for cse at nit calcicut , 
still if thats not as such req , then ece dtu is the best option for you . electrical are also a good placement fetching branch , but still cse have demand in today world . 
so, your order of preference should be 
CSE (NIT CALICUT ) > ECE (DTU ) 
IGNORE THE pec engg college , its not that good comparable to these two . 
ALL THE BEST , 
TAKE THE DECISION WISELY , 
OTHERWISE WAIT FOR THE NEXT ROUND IF POSSIBLE .
