no , there are no such crash course for preparation of NEST – 2016 , but the ques will be same level as advanced . so, if u are fully prepared for jee mains and advanced , then nest will not gng to trouble you . 
and about iiser – you can enter into iiser by jee advanced criteria also , you have to secure a rank in jee advanced merit list , thats it ..
