D. green Cr2(SO4)3 is formed When SO2 is bubbled through acidified solution of K2Cr2O7, the orange colour of K2Cr2O7 solution turns to clean green due to formation of chromium sulphate

K2cr2o7+so2->cr2(so4)3+kOrange colour potassium dichromate changes on addition with sulphur dioxide changes 2 green colour chromium sulphate and potassium.This is not balanced.hope u find it useful
