Cutoff for SC students in JEE 2009 was 89.And for AIEEE it will depend upon the colleges and branches.InAIEEE they do not give separate merit list for SC/ST candidates.You can have a look at the branch alottments in various nits and other colleges in 2009 on the official website of AIEEE www.aieee.nic.in Cutoff was about 119 for sc categeory.
