In one of the posts i saw even in ICSE they are going to use NCERT books just like CBSE.Pls send the newspaper article or copy of it tomy mailid(siva_ananthu@yahoo.co.in) which will enable me to get it clarified.

We dont have the newspaper cutting however you can check the news online by writing related keywords on google...
