There is no exact cut off marks for getting IT Bhu and IIT Kanpur. Cut off changes every year depending upon the paper level and total marks . cut off is different for different streams and institute also. Talking Rank wise you can get old IITs upto AIR 3000. After that people opt for IT bhu and new IITs. total seats for general category students are near about 4800
