i am pursuing my btech from PECchandigarh in electronics and i got 2558 rank in iit 2010 schould i gofor iit or stay here in pec ,and schould i go for roorkee civil or some so so trade in delhi and bombay what about iit hyderbad????

I will suggest you to go for IIT.with this rank IIT hydrabad will be the best option.in IIT hydrabad ,you can get electrical,computer science or mechanical .while in IIT DELHI or Bombay you will not get these branch .so its up to you whether you want to give preference to branch or college.
