I'm a student who has messed up his boards and am getting around 71% only. and i Know that the cut off for BITSAT is 80%. So does this mean that even if i get into BITS Pilani through their entrance they'll reject me on basis of HSC score? Has there ever been a case like this before?

Dear Roshan ,

I m sorry to say that you are not eligible for BITs ...

Students aspiring for BITSAT also need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  • Students should have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
  • In board examinations, they should score at least 80% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 60% marks in each of these subjects.
  • They should have acceptable proficiency in English.
  • Students who are already studying in any of the BITS campus at present are not eligible for BITSAT.
