As in both cases for stable \Theta =0(in degrees), for unstable \Theta =180.
sin\Theta =0,
in stable dipole align’s along the direction of electric field so \Theta =0
in unstable dipole align’s opposite to the direction of electric field so  \Theta =180.
Hence torque acting on both cases=0 Nm.
