Dear dipika

I have solved using the effect of gravity.
You can neglect g.

1) qE + mg = ma
a = qE/m + g

2) v = 0 + at

    v = (qE/m + g)t

3) K.E =1/2mv^2

        = (1/2)m [(qE/m + g)t]^2 Joule

Now

Neglect g

Hence

K.E. = (1/2)* m * q² E² t²/m²

 = q² E² t²/2m
