Take the electric field due to two vertices at the centroid and get the resultant with direction.You will find that it is equal and opposite to the electric field due to the third vertice.So the resultant electric field at the centre is equal to zero.AsV=Er the electric potential is zero the centre of the triangle.

The electrostatics potential is not zero inside the triangle because all the three charge are positive (we took condition that potential is zero at infinity)
