Dear  Aditya ,

Magnetic line of induction are the field lines which dentoes the direction of magnetic fields at a given a point. The direction of magnetic field at a given point is given by the tangent to the field line .

What do you actually mean by the second question ? these lines are actually theoretical concepts and u can't "see" them . If you sprinkle magnets under the path of magnetic fileds line they tend to allign themselves along the field. if you mean to ask this then this is the answer else clarify more.
