electric current can be defined as the flow of electrons , "
for examples – suppose u take a electric wire , then inside that there will be a lot of free electron , and when u will connect it from high potential to low potential then elecetron will gng to flow , 
that flow of electron will constitute electric current

electric current means the flow of charges (electron, proton), charges have some magnetic field around them due to the spining and rotation. charges flows from high potential to lower potential represented by ‘’+’’ (high potential) and ‘’-‘’ (lower potential).
CHARGES: the deficiency or efficiency of electrons or protons is known as charges (ions).
