AD and CD are in series. Equivalent resistance is 3+7=10 ohm
This 10 ohm is in parallel with AC (which is also of 10 ohm). Their equivalent resistance is 5 ohm. 
This 5 ohm is in series with BC(=5 ohm). Their equivalent is 10 ohm.
This 10 ohm is in parallel with AB(=10 ohm). Their equivalent is 5 ohm.
Hence, the equivalent resistance between A and B is 5 ohm.
