A fuse have high resistance and low melting point.but my question is resistance is the opposition of current.how current will flow in high resistance?It is the opposition.current will flow through low resistive path.So, how fuse have high resistance?

First of all the current have only one path to come to homei.e. fuse. Other thing is fuse opposes high resistance to current but current can flow through that because fuse has the capacity to pass a specific amount of current. If curent increases then resistance increases much so the wire melts as per relation heat is directly proptional to resistance
