if u want good rank in advanced then u need to solve iit mathematics by m l khanna alongwith the s.l loney book . s l loney is a little bit higher level than iitjee advanced but its comparable as much as new pattern are concerned . 
so, frst of all do follow up all the tricks in m l khanna and then solve few ques on s l loney and then u can move into resonance dpp files . 
in case of any kind of doubt , feel free to ask here .
