you can see video tutorials from youtube to learn this computer language. you can otherwise buy books like 1.
a tour of c++      2.Programming -- Principles and Practice Using C++ ec.
both these books are good for beginners and contains quality knowledge.but you cannot find any content related to this language on askiitians site
