Choosing CS in COER is a better option rather than going for G.B. Pant College of Technology, Pantnagar. Changing branch in a college becomes tough due to many diversions which one come across in college life. One needs to be determined to go for branch change.Hence, if you have the will and dedication to go for it , then choose some lower branch otherwise go for CS COER.
