Pseudo as the name suggest is not really a force. It just acts due to the motion happening in the non-inetrial frame of reference. This force is taken into consideration to account for accelerating reference frame.
When the bus stops, the bus(frame of reference) is deacclerating. This deaccleration should be taken into account if we are studying the motion inside the bus. We feel the force pushing forward. This is just because of inertia of the object.
