Out of the possible choices given System Science at IIT Jodhpur and CS at NIT Warangal or SVNIT. I would say that you should opt for CS at NIT Warangal. This is because of the fact that System Science is a new branch and in a new IIT and whereas CS at NIT Wrangal and SVNIT are both reputed.They have good quality of education regarding CS and also a very good placement scenario.
