Kvpy is a talented exam , There are diffrent streams like SA , SB , SX etc . 
so, kindly mention in which class u are attending it . 
if in class 11th then , the 9th , 10th , and 11th (50 percent part ) will come in the exam . 
and if 12th , then 10th , 11th , and 12th (60 percent ) part will come . 
THERE ARE A LOT OF TOPICS WHICH COVER UNDER KVPY , 
SO, frst of all everything in ncert u have to understand . 
after that go for MTG KVPY CRACKER , so, that u have a good grasp over it . 
kvpy donot have defined syllabus , but still chemical bonding , thermodynamics , and states of matter provves the imp one for it . 
in phy u have friction problem , current electricity , thermodynaimscs , fluid mechanics , rotational motion ,. 
and in bio – specially plant and animal physiology and biological classification .
