If you are an early riser, 
Get to bed at 10.
Wake up at 3 sharp, drink some coffee and sit to study.
You have not mentioned the time you leave for school.
Assuming that it is 7 you will get three hours to study.
Remember working three hours in the morning is almost close to working 6 hours at night.
As for the fact your weak in maths, when you get free time either in school the breaks in your tution and coaching classes, take a problem from the book you are studying and work it out.
Practice is the only way by which you can improve in maths.
if you like to sit late in the night, or if you have any doubts ask in answer box.
