i have not been able to access test series even though i have purchased iit jee complete study package and test series pls give url we have called ur number but no one is giving a satisfactory reply also it frequently leads me to this webpage http://www.askiitians.com/my-classroom.aspx but when i select test series, Start Your Test Click Here comes but the webpage that opens no test series comes pls help

please click on generate test and you are able to generate a new test according to your need.

can u tell me how u subscribed the test series i mean the mode of payment , 
and check your subscription list page on askiitian , 
METHOD TO ACCESS TEST SERIES 
1- OPEN SITE AND LOGIN IN IT 
2- YOUR CLASSROOM PAGE WILL OPEN 
3- CLIK ON THE TEST SERIES 
4- START ON GENERATE TEST OPTION 
5- SELECT THE TEST TYPE AND CHAP 
6- GET STARTED
