May be possible,....but to my mind if once a seat has been allotted then there is a remote chance to re-get aomewhere else,....still you should not give up, rather try at some othar reputed institutions where you may get quality education along with better placements, i may opine these names to be visited – Veermata Jeejabai Technological Institute, Mumbai,...........................Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,.............................Maharashtra College of Engg,Pune,..................................BITS Pilani
