scoring of 600 and above are easy in NEET but u need regular practice for that , frst of all for biology , 50 percent of the neet paper contains biology ques that is 360 marks , so, if u read ncert of class 11th and 12th throughly and remembered each and every term , then i can guarentee , u will score 320 marks in biology , only direct ques in bio , nothing else . and the rest 40 marks u have to follow truemans biology ., 
for chemistry , the physical part are little bit calculated , so, make inorganic and organic strong , they only ask ques directly from ncert , dnt worry for that , 
and for physical u need r c mukherjee , 
and for physics , u need some brain , if u cannot tolerate the huge syllabus .,then do only 12th part phy throughly , u can get 600 easily . 
AND most imp thing – prev year paper , atleast 6 years , they are vital .

You should have a grip over biology more.
Try to gain grip by the theory, its complicated terms, and all things. Its a more of theory subject.
Solve all the NCERT Exemplers of Class 11 and Class 12 because 80% of questions are directly asked from Exemplers. 
You can get it from amazon published by amazon.
For others subject too study from exemplers.
