there is nothing like different prepration of iits and boards 
u can prepare for both together
and check out the ncerts all together with the iit chapter

ya once if u r prepraing for iit then ur atomatically preparing for boad exams 
solving ncert must be ur first step of prepration for iit 
when it comes 2 languages spend weakly once (2-3hours)for them 
start spending more time on languages from 2 months b4 final exams without loosing touch on wt u have prepared for iit

hi,
im preparing for both of them
actually they are not entirely different.
just concentrate on the iit syllabus.
the syllabus is designed in such a way that it includes the board topics.
but you have to see that after studying a topic in the iit course book you should refer your text for the board to see that you have left nothing out.
prepare in this way and you’ll be successsful.

Its not too  tough to prepare just while preparing ,make your  climate study .Just pay an amount of concenteration and a logic to it . Be confident and accurate and a presicion to it .ALL THE BEST AND GO A HEAD
