The charges are Q1 = 1.13 x 10-5  and  Q2 = 3.6 x 10-6
to solve, you should use the Coulumb’s Law and find the product of the charges, which you should plug into the given relation, which is, Q1 + Q2 = 0.000015 C
Which will leave you with a quadratic equation, and the roots of the equation will give you the answer.
