I NEED TO TELL YOU THAT CUTOFF FOR JEE EXAM IS NOT DECIDE PREVIOUSLY AND IT IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT EVERY YEAR. FOR MAINS IT IS IN BETWEEN 80-130 MARKS FOR GENERAL AD FOR SC IT IS 50-100 MARKS GENERALLY
 AND FOR PETROLEUM ENGINEERING COLLEGES ARE:

Top colleges to pursue Petroleum Engineering are: Indian Institute of Technology, Madras Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati University of Petroleum & Energy Studies Dehradun, Indian School of Mines Dhanbad, Benaras Hindu University Institute of Technoloby Varanasi, BIT Mesra, MITPune, AU College of Engineering Vishakhapatnam & ITM University, Gwalior. Cut off changes every year and it will be announced only after announcement of the JEE result so you need to check that on website of these institutes.
