Hello Student,
Generally speaking, ECE is an evergreen branch. That does not mean that IT is not a good branch. it is important to opt for the stream that interests you. Hence, go with the stream that interests you. The benefit of ECE branch is that you stand a chance of being hired by both IT and non-IT companies. Hence, the scope of ECE branch is better as compared to the IT branch.
