Dear karthik AIR 90 is good rank ,and u can get admission in any IIT with this rank . IIT bombay is best for MTech in mechanical engineering. you can apply in IIT bombay ,IIT delhi,IIT kanpur ,IIt chennai, etc but before applying u must see the advetisement of espective iit ,and eligibility criteria. because many IIT also consider the marks of ur graduation course .
