Dear Vasanth,

There is a possibility of such attraction if the uncharged particle has free charges so the charges which are of the opposite nature can accumilate on the side where the charged particle is kept thus producing attractive force between the charged and uncharged particle but its magnitudewill be very low because of the play of the repulsive force of the like charge present on the other side of the particle or the body.
