You should affix recent high contrast passport size preferably black & white photograph (takenon or after 1.9.2009) duly attested by the head of the institution where the candidate is studying/passed class XII or theGazatted officer.
It is prefrable to affix black and white ,not mandatory .you can affix color photograph also.but it should be high contrast photograph
