my brother is doing ECE at nit jalander in 4th semaster.please advise a plan for him during break of 2month in this summer

He can apply to various IITs for summer training or even opt for training in industries, most preferably in govt. organisation. If he intends for a research based training he should go for IITs and if more inclined towards jobs, he should go for industries.
