Physics....electrostats,current,magnetism,mechanics
chemistry...hydrocarbo,block elements,whole physical and inorganic,
Maths...no alternative!,.....need to study all :)

in my view there is no such chapter which u can leave for iit jee
u hav to study all..u never know from which chapter ques will be coming
so safe to study all
and if u dnt get time for certain chaps..then jus go thru the formulae once
it helps
