Hello there... I am currently studying 9th... My aim for now is to get into IIT.... I am ready to put in my 100% into the preperations from now... When should I start? What books are recommended for me?

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
