Dear Ankit shukla

if you are asked to find the difference in velocity.then you need to find the difference in velocity vector

not the difference of there magnitude inless untill it is mention to find the difference in their magnitude

 

Example  :

V1 =2i +3j+4k

V2 =4i+5j+ 5k

 

then difference is V2-V1 =2i +2j+k
