Prefer the branch prefrence first

Still NIT is better.

Need help urgently.. My friend is very confused regarding smvdu, jammu.. He has got 31923 in aieee and will be participating in the spot round.. and even in the manual councelling of chandigarh colleges.. should he take IT or a dual degree in UIET if he gets it or should he just take smvdu in the spot if it is alloted.. and if there can be something better at this stage then please suggest.. but please do suggest your opinion asap..
